My name is Chris, and I'm a freelance branding, headshot, and product photographer based in Portland, OR. I have a critical eye for detail, a positive work ethic, and a love of learning. I'm a web developer by day, and in my spare time I enjoy collaborating on creative portrait shoots with models and experimenting with film photography.

How I Work

I'm all about keeping things efficient, simple, and enjoyable for my clients. Years of backpacking in South America and riding my bike to photo shoots have taught me the value of a light footprint when it comes to gear. Clients appreciate this and that same efficiency applies to communication throughout a project. From a curated mood-board, concise email correspondence, to posing direction during a shoot, clear communication is a big part of what I'm proud to offer.

Who I Work With

I love working with new brands, small businesses, and entrepreneurs at the beginning stages of their journey. I have helped skincare companies, estheticians, life coaches, illustrators, candle makers, jewelry makers and business professionals launch their new projects. I also love the challenge of matching an existing esthetic. I've enjoyed working with restaurants, food carts, charter schools, and massage schools to refresh their images.
